- Wondering where it will end.

It happened one day that the staff at Dog Bar were proudly discussing some of their rescue successes of the previous year. They were particularly proud of the blind Samoyed, the 180 pound Rottie, the gimpy Australian shepherd, and the Wire Haired Terror, excuse me terrier, for whom they had found homes.
At some point, Anna said to Jazz, as a friendly challenge, "I bet you wouldn't rescue a cat."
Jazz replied, "I have already rescued a cat. You have forgotten Peepers sister. You know, the one we found a home for with that nice Borzoi up in Ketchum. "What about you," Jazz returned, "would you rescue a bunny?"
Anna grinned, "I rescue them all the time by barking and warning them when you are coming. It keeps you from nipping their little fuzzy tails."
Jazz weighed this statement for a moment to judge its truth and said, "So, that explains it." "However," she continued,"I'll bet you wouldn't rescue a bird."
"What kind of bird?"
"Why, all kinds of birds. Every kind of bird. If we can rescue Terriers, we ought to be able to rescue birds," Jazz challenged.
And so it is that Dog Bar helps rescues birds.
